Retreat Complete

Our weekend retreat is complete--a second day without starting the cars. I finished unloading my car, and now the pile of boxes in front of the garage is even bigger. Good thing it never rains in California. Or maybe it would be a good thing, and I wouldn't have to find a place for this last bit of junk.

To make a little room, I cut up the last of the Barefoot Roses group from Tanya Whelan, Free Spirit. It is now also listed on the website under 6 Fat Quarter Packs, Baby Cakes, Five for $25, and Remnants. As rewarding as empty bolts are, I hate to see it this group go--it just makes up and photographs so well.

I quilted 2 Smalls and bound 3, so I'm feeling pretty accomplished.
